DUTCH PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix sugar, eggs, flour, salt, and pineapple. Cook until thick and add 1 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

CRUST:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients. Add oatmeal. Take 3/4 press into pie pan leaving 1/3 for top. (Crumble on top of pie after you add cooked filling.) Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
