CLASSIC QUICHE 
9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 to 1 c. cooked broccoli, spinach, mushroom, or whatever you like
1/2 to 1 c. meat (cooked ground beef or turkey, ham, etc.)
1 c. milk
4 eggs
Pinch of parsley and pepper

Lightly butter the bottom of the pie shell. Place cheese, veggies, and meat in shell. Mix together milk, eggs, parsley and pepper. Pour milk mixture on top of veggies, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until quiche is solid.

(You may want to put quiche on a cookie sheet in the oven because it may drip.)
