SAUERKRAUT AND WIENERS 
Combine together:

2 lb. (approx.) can sauerkraut
1 c. tomato juice or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. sugar

Place kraut mixture in a casserole or baking dish. You will need 8 wieners or frankfurters. Wrap each wiener with a strip of bacon. Arrange on top of the sauerkraut and bake in a 400 degree oven about 25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and wieners heated through. Turn the wrapped wieners at least once during cooking time in order to crisp the bacon all the way around.
