SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. raw rice
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and onions; season with salt and pepper to taste. Add rice, sauerkraut, soup and water. Mix well and pour into covered casserole. Bake one (1) hour at 350 degrees.
