TEX MEX DIP 
2 lg. cans bean dip (Fritos)
3 avocados, smashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, dash
Pepper, dash
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bunch green onions, chopped (tips included)
3 tomatoes finely chopped
1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, chopped
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. tortilla chips

On a large platter, spread bean dip. Next spread a layer of seasoned avocados. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Make a layer on top of avocados. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, and olives on top. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve cold or at room temperature with round tortilla chips.
