SWISS FISH 
2 lbs. frozen fish fillets, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped scallions or onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Arrange fillets in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spread over fillets. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to brown. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
