SALMON LOAF 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk, scalded
1 can salmon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onions
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley, minced
2 egg whites, stiff beaten

Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk, add rest of ingredients, folding in beaten egg whites last. Place in well-greased baking dish. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
