SHRIMP CURRY 
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. applesauce
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. fresh shrimp

Melt butter; saute onions. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; mix well. Add shrimp; simmer covered for 15 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Serve with chopped hard-cooked eggs, coconut, chutney, ground nuts, mixed sweet pickles.
