GREAT GRANDMA KENYON'S NOODLES 
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
enough liquid to make dough

Mix and roll. Let stand till can be rolled up and sliced off real thin. Cook in beef or chicken broth. Can be boiled in just water also.
