SUGAR CREAM PIE 
Place in unbaked shell:

1 scant c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
Dash of salt

Mix well. Add 1/2 can of cream and mix well. Then finish filling pie shell with milk and mix well. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. (I use finger to mix.)
