SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) cans shoe peg corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped or 2 tbsp. onion flakes

Mix all of the above ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with the following ingredients.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Spread topping on casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
