GOLDEN BEANS AU GRATIN | |
4 bacon slices 1 c. onion rings 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen whole green beans, cooked, drained 1/8 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 c. milk 1 c. seasoned croutons Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet. Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon. Cook onion in reserved bacon fat. Add Velveeta and milk; heat until melted. Crumble bacon. Stir in bacon, seasonings and beans. Pour into casserole. Top with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 6 servings. |
