TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1/2 c. soy sauce (Kikkoman brand)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. MSG
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Make sauce 1 day ahead. Marinate meat for 2 to 3 hours. Works especially well with flank steak and chicken breasts on the barbeque pit.

Makes lots of sauce and will keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
