TURKEY DRESSING 
1 (8 or 10 lb.) turkey
8 c. cubed bread
1 lg. onion, diced
4 ribs celery, diced
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

In a large skillet melt butter. Add the onion, celery and parsley flakes and heat until clear. Pour over the bread cubes and toss together. Add the mushroom soup and mix thoroughly. Stuff turkey or can be baked in a greased pan, covered, 35 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. I sometimes use the cream of celery soup instead of the chopped celery.
