HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces
Salt and pepper
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. mustard
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. pineapple (crushed)
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
Onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Salt and pepper chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes on a cookie sheet. Combine the rest of the ingredients and cook until thick and glossy. Put chicken in a deep covered dish and pour pineapple mixture over it. Bake for another 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
