SPINACH SALAD ORIENTAL 
10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
8 oz. fresh bean sprouts
6 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced (optional)
6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled or use Baco's

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, quartered
Dash of salt

Combine all of dressing ingredients in blender on high speed for a few seconds. Add more sugar if sweeter dressing is preferred.
