ORIENTAL SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 lb. bacon
2 green onions

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1/8 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Tear spinach. Drain and slice water chestnuts. Drain bean sprouts. Dice eggs. Fry and crumble bacon. Chop onions. Combine all. Combine all ingredients for dressing and mix well.
