ORIENTAL SALAD 
1/3 to 1/2 head lettuce, torn
1/3 bag spinach, washed
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
6 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 lg. diced green pepper
1 can fancy Oriental vegetables, drained
1/2 lb. pea pods

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. Dejon mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together. Pour mixed dressing over salad mix and toss. Top with chow mein noodles.
