SIMPLE FINGER ROLLS 
4 to 5 c. flour
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water with 1 teaspoon sugar.

Beat eggs.

Heat milk to lukewarm with butter, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.

Add eggs, flour and mix. Let rise 1/2 hour, punch down and let rise again. Shape in rolls. Makes good cinnamon rolls.
