PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Remove 1 cup of cake mix and set aside. Mix remainder of cake mix with 1 egg and 1/2 c. melted butter. Press into bottom of a cake pan. Mix large pumpkin with 3 eggs, milk, sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Pour on top of bottom layer. Combine topping mixture with the remaining 1 cup of cake mix. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin.

Bake at 400°F for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 350°F and continue to bake for 45 mins.
