TURKEY STUFFING 
8 c. dry bread cubes, 2 loaves
6 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. sage
2/3 c. melted butter
Hot broth to moisten (2 bouillon cubes)
3 c. finely chopped celery

Cook celery and onion in butter. Add seasonings and bouillon. Add bread. Stuffs 12 pound turkey.
