TWINKIE CAKE 
1 box Twinkies
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. container (10 or 12 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries
4 bananas, sliced
1 med. container Cool Whip
9"x12" cake pan

Lay Twinkies in pan. Mix pudding as directed on package; pour over Twinkies. Pour strawberries over pudding; place bananas over the strawberries; spread Cool Whip over bananas and refrigerate overnight.

Nuts can be added before Cool Whip if you desire.

This turned out really beautiful in presentation and taste. I made some variations in that I sliced the Twinkies in half, lengthwise. I used Frozen Strawberries but I thawed and drained them well. One commenter said hers was runny due to thawing strawberries so I was hoping to avoid that. I added chopped nuts on top of the Cool Whip instead of layered beneath them and it made it look very pretty and garnished. This is going to be one of my new standard desserts I take because everyone loves it!
