16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 pkg. French vanilla pudding mix
1 small can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
chopped nuts

Mix cream cheese and pudding mix until smooth. Add well drained mandarin oranges and drained fruit cocktail. Mix well and chill. Roll in nuts. Serve with graham crackers.
