GRANDMA'S CHEESEBALL 
Great with wheat crackers!

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1 small onion, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups pecans, chopped fine

Beat all ingredients except nuts with mixer for 15 minutes (yes, 15 minutes!) Chill at least 2 hours. Roll in desired size balls. Then roll in chopped nuts placed on parchment or wax paper. Cover with cling-film or Saran wrap.

Makes 2 large or 3 small cheese balls.
