IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 Irish potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion sliced
4 to 5 slices of American Cheese
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer potatoes slices, onion slices, small pieces of cheese, pepper and salt. Dot with butter and bake in covered 8 x 8 inch casserole dish at 325°F for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
