MUSHROOM STEW 
1 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1-2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 med. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. oil

Brown meat, garlic, and onions. Add bell pepper and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over French bread if desired.
