MUSHROOM STEW 
2 lb. pork, cubed
3 green peppers, sliced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 onions, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
10 oz. mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour

Brown pork, just cover with water. Cook until pork is half cooked. Add all rest ingredients. Cook until done, thicken with flour. Serve on rice.
