GLOSSY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa, rounded
4 tbsp. cornstarch, level
1 c. boiling water

Mix thoroughly sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir in boiling water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in: 2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on cake while frosting is hot.
