SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mushrooms

1. In bowl mix well 1/4 cup soup, hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape into 6 firm patties.

2. In skillet over medium heat cook patties a few at a time until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat.

3. Stir remaining soup and mushrooms. Return patties to skillet. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes (turn patties occasionally) or until done.
