SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3/4 c. non-dairy creamer
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
5 med. thin sliced potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine creamer, flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and onion. Arrange 1 cup potatoes in bottom of pan. Cover with 1/3 of creamer and dot with 1/3 of butter. Add 2 more layers. Pour boiling water over top. Bake 350 degrees, 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
