CREAM OF BROCCOLI AND CHEESE
SOUP
 
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. whole milk
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook celery, onions, and broccoli in a small amount of water until tender. Blend in cottage cheese and soup in blender until smooth. Add milk and blend. Add to undrained vegetables. Reheat but do not boil. Makes 6 servings.
