SESAME STREET POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 (2 3/4 oz.) box sesame seeds

Place all ingredients in a large bowl except seeds and paprika. Allow potatoes to thaw; mix. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with seeds and paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, uncovered. Makes 12 servings.
