COUNTRY CORNISH 
2 cornish hens, halved
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. dry bread crumbs

In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip each cornish half in mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with au gratin potatoes, green beans, and buttermilk biscuits.
