SHERRY'S CITRUS-MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup grapefruit juice 1/2 tsp. each, salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1 tbsp olive oil 2 lb pork tenderloin In a shallow baking dish, stir together all ingredients, except pork. Add pork, turning to coat all sides. Cover, refrigerate 1-3 hours, turning occasionally. Heat grill. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. Place pork on grill over medium heat. Cover grill. Grill 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove pork from grill, cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
