PINEAPPLE CRISP | |
12 slices whole wheat bread 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed Tear or cut bread in cubes into large bowl. Add pineapple with juice, sugar, and butter; cut up in small pieces. Sprinkle orange juice over top. Toss. Place in buttered 9 x 9 inch square pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (excellent served with ham). |
