CHILE CHEESE STRADA 
4 c. cubed French bread
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. half and half
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground mustard
8 oz. salsa (I used mild)
Sliced black olives
Dash of pepper

TOPPINGS:

sour cream
1 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Chopped green onions

In buttered 9 x 13 pan arrange bread cubes. Sprinkle with one cup cheese. Pour on salsa. Beat eggs, half and half, milk, mustard, pepper and onion powder. Pour in pan. Top with remaining cheese and sliced olives. Chill overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Serve with sour cream and toppings.
