CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 (1/2) breasts
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Stew chicken, cool, bone and piece. Steam broccoli and drain. Grease 11 x 7 inch casserole. Spread chicken on bottom of dish. Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry and lemon juice. Mix 1/2 of that with chicken. Put broccoli on top. Pour remaining 1/2 over broccoli. Melt butter, add crumbs and cheese. Spread on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
