FOUR LAYER PUDDING PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Mix flour, butter and nuts and press in 9 x 13 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Beat cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until smooth, spread on crust. Mix pudding as directed, when thick pour over cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts for fourth layer. Chill at least 2 hours.
