WHOLE WHEAT REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve above and let stand.

1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix together and allow to cool. When cool add yeast mixture and 3 eggs. Gradually add 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour (1 cup white flour). Cover and refrigerate all day. Two hours before serving, remove dough and let stand 30 minutes, knead well for 10 minutes. Shape into rolls and place on greased pan. Let rolls rise until double. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
