FIREMANS BREAKFAST 
4 cans sliced potatoes
2 cans corned beef hash
12 beaten eggs, with milk, salt and pepper
1 can diced green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans sliced black olives

Layer the ingredients in above order in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or avocado salad. Serve with fresh fruit.
