SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6 fresh squash or 1 box frozen or 2 cans
3 green peppers, finely chopped
3 sm. onions, finely chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. sm. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Salt & pepper
Sage to taste

Parboil squash if using fresh or frozen. Drain and reserve liquid. Saute onions, pepper and celery in oil. Mix all ingredients with 1 cup liquid. Bake for 35 minutes in 300 degree oven in covered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
