SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. corn stark
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Cube pork in a large bowl and mix the above ingredients for marinade and marinade 30 minutes. Quarter onions, carrots and peppers. Drain pineapple and save juice. Fry vegetables and pineapple. Roll pork in flour and fry, after frying foods, drain oil.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. pineapple juice
4 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. sugar

Add sauce and heat. Add pork and vegetables. Serve hot.
