GERTRUDE'S SUET PUDDING 
1/4 lb. suet
1/4 lb. raisins
1/4 lb. currants
2 tbsp. molasses
2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Flour

Combine all ingredients and add enough flour to thicken. Steam in a white cloth or in a metal coffee can. Cover and steam for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with a sauce. (Lemon or hard sauces are good.)
