SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed and drained sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 9 pan.

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix well and pour over sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
