FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter

Mix together and press into a 12 to 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. Cool completely.

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Cook at medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Cool slightly.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip well and spread on cooled crust. Arrange any desired fruit on top of cream cheese. Spread glaze over fruit making sure to seal completely. Chill and serve.

Glaze is enough for 2 pizzas.
