COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
3 1/2 oz. coconut or 1 can
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all the above in a blender. Bake at 375 degrees in glass dish or 35-45 minutes. Test center with a knife.
