CREAM CHEESE BITES 
8 oz. bar cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 loaves of bread
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Trim crust from bread. Roll out flat, spread with mixture and roll up like jelly roll. Melt butter.

Dip rolls in melted butter, roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours before slicing into bite size pieces.
