COLA BRISKET 
1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper
2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 c. cola soda
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix

Place meat in large roasting pan and brush with oil on all sides. Top with onions and celery. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place garlic on top.

Mix ketchup with hot water, onion soup mix and dry spaghetti mix, stir to dissolve. Add cola (mixture will foam). Pour over meat cover with lid or foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Baste meat every 30 minutes. If sauce becomes dry add more cola.
