SOUR CREAM CRUMB CAKE 
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 lg. dash cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients; cut with knives until crumbly; set aside. Combine Bisquick, sugar and soda. Add melted butter, egg and half of sour cream. Beat vigorously. Stir in remaining sour cream and vanilla. Beat 1/2 minute. Pour in greased and floured pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top (first 4 ingredients). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
