HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cheese roll (6 oz.)
Lemon juice

Saute the onions, celery, mushrooms, and butter together. Then add the broccoli, mushroom soup, cheese roll, and a generous squeeze of lemon and stir until melted. For an extra "zing", add a dash of red pepper.
